About the author

I have always loved good food but in 2012 I got Chron’s disease diagnosis which was just a cherry on top. At just 22 I also had high blood pressure, rosacea, and I was overweight. I realized I had to change the way I eat. 

Since I didn’t want to give up the pleasure of tasty foods at the price of a healthy diet, I started creating my own recipes. All the dishes I loved before, but in a plant-based version which was healthier and still insanely delicious.

I discovered how cruel the food industry is to animals, how destructive it is to nature, and why it is actually responsible for most of the health problems that plague modern man. Before that, I thought that a lot depends on our luck and genetics. Today I know that we mainly inherit recipes and habits.

I didn’t imagine my life and health could get this much better!

Because I wanted people to use my recipes and also change their lives, I kept them really simple. I also decided to publish my cookbook in the form of cooking cards. This is a cookbook that people actually use every day!
